At Vlisco, we take pride in the heritage and quality of our fabrics; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all textiles and garments are in their original, unwashed condition with all security seals and tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Vlisco account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Fabric
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that the fabric is folded carefully to prevent creasing and that all original documentation is included.
Ship the Package
Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items to confirm their original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
